I am very disappointed with our experience at this RV park. From the moment we arrived, the management was not welcoming at all. The manager was extremely rude and showed no customer service skills. Instead of making us feel comfortable, she made the situation tense and unpleasant. The two office ladies were not friendly either. My husband, our three children, and I felt completely unwelcome durin... I am very disappointed with our experience at this RV park. From the moment we arrived, the management was not welcoming at all. The manager was extremely rude and showed no customer service skills. Instead of making us feel comfortable, she made the situation tense and unpleasant. The two office ladies were not friendly either. My husband, our three children, and I felt completely unwelcome during our stay. It is very discouraging, especially when you are traveling as a family and expect basic kindness and professionalism. Another major issue was the restrooms. They are labeled as "public," yet the manager keeps them locked and does not allow any guests to use them at all. This was very inconvenient and misleading. Overall, the lack of hospitality and poor management made this a negative experience for our family. I hope the management improves their customer service and treats future guests with more respect.

My family and I recently stayed at Oasis West RV Park, and unfortunately our experience was disappointing. One major issue was that the bathrooms were closed to residents during our stay. For an RV park, access to clean and available restroom facilities is a basic expectation. Closing them without a clear solution or proper communication creates inconvenience and raises concerns about management... For an RV park, access to clean and available restroom facilities is a basic expectation. Closing them without a clear solution or proper communication creates inconvenience and raises concerns about management priorities. We were also concerned about safety within the park. There were instances of reckless driving that did not appear to be addressed. (Probably because it’s the manger’s kids ). Speed limits and safety rules exist for a reason, and they should apply equally to everyone to ensure a safe environment for families, children, and pets. Additionally, when concerns were raised, the response from management felt dismissive rather than solution-focused. Professionalism and consistent rule enforcement are key to maintaining a positive community atmosphere. We expected a safe and well-managed environment, but based on our experience, improvements are needed in cleanliness, accessibility of facilities, safety enforcement, and overall management responsiveness. DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!!

Furthermore, they conduct regular patrols throughout the park, ensuring that standards are maintained and that the community remains well-cared for. In fact, the management is so accessible that most residents even have Nicole, the manager's direct line, allowing for immediate and direct communication when needed. It's worth noting that the community rules are straightforward and easy to adhere to; therefore, those who are spreading misinformation must have significantly violated these rules to warrant such negative feedback. In closing, I extend my sincere appreciation to Oasis West for their unwavering dedication, genuine care, and overall kindness towards our community. (On opposite sides of the road.) I asked management to get them to move their car, but I guess she didn't want to "inconvenience" the monthly renters, so she had me pull through another campsite to go up the next row. She couldn't... I stayed here a week, the stay itself wasn't bad. The problem I had was upon leaving, there are a couple of "monthly tenants" that park their cars partially in the road. (On opposite sides of the road.) I asked management to get them to move their car, but I guess she didn't want to "inconvenience" the monthly renters, so she had me pull through another campsite to go up the next row. She couldn't even ask the renters to move in their cars 12" for me to get by. If you stay here, just keep in mind that travelers rate below their monthly renters.
