It's a small little area far out in the desert the manager is very sweet and polite. If you got nowhere to park your rv mobile home this is a place to do it. Everyone keeps to them selves from what I seen 🙂

UPDATE: I was informed things have improved since I was here a few years ago because the manager and her thug son and the park nuisance thief were no longer there.. Wow much improved. No more noisy cars or yelling drunks. Looks like the owners finally made some wise choices and stopped renting to criminals and scumbags. Not exactly a fancy shangri-la but at least its quiet in nice surroundings... Not long ago I visited my friend here and this place is unpleasant. At least it was when I was there. 2 drunk guys walking around loudly laughing and another two rev up their car engines and drive through here like it's a race track. They were yelling at a woman who was yelling back at them. Seemed like a heated exchange. My friend suggested we take a walk to the beautiful hills nearby. It was pretty and serene but that's not part of the trailer park. Next time I want to see my friend I will have that friend visit me. I really didn't feel safe there.

It's not a campground. It's a monthly rate place to live. It's a small trailer park quite and cozy with a pool and rec room

It’s been a long time since we’ve lived there....I imagine it hasn’t changed much. The monthly space rent was appealing. Being way out in the open spaces has the right feel for the “leave me alone” type. I enjoyed hiking the barren hills & dales. Had a laundry room.

Can anybody say hick town without saying hick town? Too many chiefs and not enough Indians. This place needs a facelift and better lighting at night. Too many people sit on their ways and from just visiting I could tell a lot of these people like to gossip and play teacher's pet. Especially the people that live there on an Extended Stay that have been there for years. The closest gas station / con... Can anybody say hick town without saying hick town? The closest gas station / convenience store and or liquor store about three miles away oh, so I thought a car good luck. This place for the lock in looks is way better than the lone wolf and their prejudiceness. If I'm not mistaken one of the Extended Stay residence was found a week deceased in his trailer in the middle of summer. That was a little bit Eerie.
