The problem is when you’re older. It’s very hard to carry a 5 gallon jug of water every week and how do you shower? How do you wash your dishes? The manager is not here when she should be and the maintenance guy is a very cool guy but very busy I try not to bother him too much because he’s the only one really doing all the work around here and if you can catch the manager and she tends to become rude and very threatening. They read your PG&E box and it’s always wrong. I check it now and I have been terribly ripped off. I’ve tried to call other numbers. You can’t get a hold of anybody. You’re basically stuck if you live here with anything that goes on you’re not gonna get any help from management which I think is very sad. Some people here have cancer and I would say this is not the safest (health wise)RV park I’ve ever stayed in. No showers just two washers(brown water)2dryers.

Jessie is amazing he goes above and beyond does far more than just park maintenance as he has taken the time to get to know the people who make up our community he is very helpful, I agree this guy should get a well deserved raise! I have no issues with management as I believe she can only do as much as she is allowed to do by the owners! I have issues with the raw sewage as this is for sure a problem I think it is insane that we are expected to build permanent wood fences at our own expense if we would like a fence not at all ok in my opinion, I would also like to worn of the crazy electric bills as mine is $588.00 this month alone for a 28 foot trailer I work full time so there’s not much power being used it makes no sense to be charged commercial rates when there isn’t every short term stay here! I have tried to get answers as to why the electricity is costing me more than a 4 bedroom vaulted ceiling home with a three car garage ever did still no explanation! I’m starting to get frustrated and I think this should be addressed asap!!! Also when the power goes out which it does often out here we have no water as there isn’t a generator to power the pump I mean come on this is a inconvenience to us all and very inexpensive for the owners to fix! I do see some improvement though it seems to be at the tenants expense! I would like to see the owners step up and be accountable take care of these things as I was promised many things when moving in that I’ve not seen 1 and I’ve been here for 2 years. if my power bill doesn’t get explained properly and handled soon I will have to relocate!

This place is a disaster. Brown, unfiltered water, raw sewage bubbling up from the ground, and a feral cat problem that’s completely out of control. A tree fell on my Harley, and management refused to help or provide insurance info. I paid a deposit I’ll likely never see again. Stay far away from this park unless you want health hazards, damage, and stress.

Jesse is amazing! When I have a question, need water, or help with an issue, Jesse is there! He's reliable and here 5 days a week (unlike management). Give Jesse a raise/promotion. He deserves it!
