Not to mention, the location is another huge plus!! It is close to downtown Palm Springs with all the great restaurants, shopping, and hiking, yet it still feels peaceful and tucked away. We left already talking about when we can come back (hopefully very soon!). In fact, as I am writing this, I really wish I was by their pool. It was the absolute best time!

The location can't be beat! We don't tow a vehicle and were able to ride our bikes everywhere. Sure the sites are tight, but the hedges do give a sense of privacy. Folks staying here were super nice. We saw signs for upcoming happy hour, morning coffee, and a golf outing. I agree with other reviews regarding the lack of maintenance; the bathrooms and showers are not in great shape and could definitely use some upgrades. The hot tub was out of service for most of our stay. I totally get RVers who love to travel with their fur babies, but I have never experienced so many poorly behaved dogs in our years of RVing: barking dogs at all hours, dogs off leash running through sites, and a scary dog fight right in front of our RV. The other weird thing was bathroom access...the doors have a code, but are also locked with a padlock. We were told the padlock was secured after 5pm, but there was no consistency; some days it was padlocked at 3:30, some days it was 4. I can't imagine this is a system is up to code since anyone could have padlocked the door while someone was in the bathroom...locking them in there.

This review is late as we stayed here a few years back and I’m just getting around to reviewing. Overall, the RV park is not bad. It is a little dated but the location is absolutely wonderful. Our visit was unfortunately cut short due to my husband having a heart attack. When we informed the management we were leaving early because of this, they graciously offered a reimbursement for the weeks that we were not able to stay. This is almost unheard of at any other campground. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Cash or check only. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The privacy hedges between each site are amazing but take note that if you have a larger rig (I have a 34ft travel trailer) it is going to be tight and you will very likely have to ask neighbors to scoot parked cars to maneuver in. They well $10 quarter rolls for laundry and have a general mailbox area (A-Z) you can receive/send mail. $... Cash or check only. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved this place. Of all the traveling we’ve done, I think this is our favorite. The pool and hot tub are open 24 hours and they are spotless and warm. The bathrooms are also spotless with hot strong showers. The grounds are immaculate thanks to a foreman who has been there 23 years. There are tall, thick hedges in between each spot for privacy. The grounds are immaculate thanks to a foreman who has been there 23 years. There are tall, thick hedges in between each spot for privacy. The north side of the park is definitely better as the southside has some noisy apartment dwellers who live on the other side of the park. People who are there for many months for years say that it’s rundown because it needs to be painted. It didn’t matter a bit to us. It was so quiet at night. Everyone is so friendly. There’s a pool table and shuffleboard and they offer activities during the week including muffins and coffee Wednesday morning. Gurdy, is on site all day and night when the office closes at 3 o’clock. The location is perfect. We walked downtown every night. Even though there’s no gate to get in, we felt safe. We were able to walk to hiking trails right behind the park. Every site had a picnic table
