Great community of helpful folks very quiet and nicely kept. The amenities are great. The location is ideal for anyone who likes to fish or go outdoors hiking. The new owners will literally do anything they can for you if you ever need any help. Family friendly. I can go on for hours telling you my actual story and how amazing these people are! If you’re looking for a good place to stay for long t... Great community of helpful folks very quiet and nicely kept. The amenities are great. The location is ideal for anyone who likes to fish or go outdoors hiking. The new owners will literally do anything they can for you if you ever need any help. Family friendly. I can go on for hours telling you my actual story and how amazing these people are! If you’re looking for a good place to stay for long term or just a few weeks you won’t find a better place on the Oregon coast

well after summers n summers of camping here. I'd have to say, that they showers a my biggest complaint. as of recent, and after months of showering, during peak season and during the slow midweek crowds. that the new shower settings are the worse showers ever. I challenge the employees to go n actually try to get in a whole shower without getn frustrated at the severe lack of pressure and now it'... well after summers n summers of camping here. I challenge the employees to go n actually try to get in a whole shower without getn frustrated at the severe lack of pressure and now it's costing twice as much to just hopefully get in a full rinse. I couldn't even get my head under the flow. and ended u only washing my butt and crotch. I could do better using the sink. please fix this issue. it obviously time for new water heaters if they can't keep up with the lite use there getn not

The new owners are great and are doing a lot to make things look nicer here. I am very pleased with the office and maintenance staff who are very helpful even after business hours if needed. If you need a nice place to stay for a week or more try here. IMO you won't be disappointed.!

The perfect place to stay when your traveling. Property owners were friendly and helpful. Peaceful surounding, The showers were helpful (saving my resources) Pleanty of hot water and very clean.I will defiantly be staying again!

This place is great, the new owners are really nice!!! It is the most affordable Rv park in Winchester Bay Oregon. A few minutes walk to the base and about five minute drive to the Dunes and ocean beaches
