We covered a news story there recently. The tenants and staff were very courteous. The park looks amazing. It didn't have that "trailer park" feel to it so our team gives it two thumbs up for the place living up to "community" in the name.

Absolute nightmare to deal with. I was a week away from closing a home in there and the community decided to wait until last minute to let me know they could not approve me. They did not offer any other solution and had zero compassion. I had to cancel escrow, redirect movers, and find a new home to live in. A very robotic, insensitive park to deal with. I do not recommend to anyone.

It is located at the top of highway 74, which is a gorgeous area. It is very clean, and in my opinion, nicer than most in the area. Lovely pool. Amazing view.
