Easy beginner campsite if you want to bring your friends. recommend u buy firewood elsewhere since you’ll pay up to $15 at thể campsite when other places will sell for around $6. Amazing beach and clean well maintained facilities. Got running water lights in the bathroom + electricity plugs and showers. Camp 67 is very hilly and slanted beware

My husband and I spent 4 nights in the south campgrounds, staying in site #14. We were in our 26' RV so there was plenty of room in the driveway, it was also relatively level. The beach was beautiful and was perfect for a long walk to bird watch and just enjoy the ocean waves. There are a couple vista points that you can walk to to watch the sunsets without having to go all the way down to the beach.

Very nice campground. Facilities are old, but maintained clean. There was a racoon party at night nearby site 28. Be careful if you have small dogs or kids. They don't usually attack adults if you approach to them first. Nature such as trees, soil, animals, the sound of wave, and the song of birds in the morning is so great. You can see dolphines from the sunset beach if you are lucky.

One of the most natural beach in the Monterey Bay Area, definitely the most natural in Santa Cruz county. Beautiful dunes with tall grasses and native plants. Quiet on weekdays but more popular on weekends.
