There are no sewer hookups, but they have a guy that will take your waste for 40 bucks. Let's get that out of the way. Here's what to expect.... 1. Self check in with a map to your site. 2. Immediately to the left of the main kiosk at the gate where you get your welcome packet is the welcome center. Its not marked, but its that building to your left by the big parking lot. 3. Have your driver's license, registration for your rig and tow vehicles as well as proof of insurance readily printed out before you arrive. They need it all 4. Laundry is by the pool, the big building just west of it 5. The park is clean, well maintained, and under staffed. Expect low staffing. 6. It is located near a beautiful highway that takes you to Madonna State Park. Make that drive.... its amazing. 7. Study your maps, there is a lot to do with a days drive. Have fun and relax. I'd come again. We stayed 5 nights and it was quiet, and peaceful.

Mini golf, tennis, pickleball, volleyball, baseball courts, etc laundry facilities, a workout room. There's a clubhouse onsite and a couple activity spaces, but they seem to be run down or locked up most the times we tried to get in. But as far as Morgan Hill goes we enjoyed visiting Kirigin a near by winery and picnicking there one day and 3 days at Gilroy Gardens with our grandkid. Both were lovely.

Hey Thousand Trails good luck selling memberships at this location.
