Good stop over spot as we were headed east. Gravel spots w full hook ups. There are more than 400 long term residents living in RVs. Mostly workers. Facilities were clean and people very friendly. Right off the freeway so very convenient.

Gas explosion shut down I-5 and a shelter in place was in effect. There was no way to get to this location due to the aforementioned. Upon contacting this business to ask for a refund, we were told "no" and then instead of taking our name for a manager to call us back, we were told to call them back 2 days later. Shame on you people for your lack of empathy, sympathy and customer service skills... Gas explosion shut down I-5 and a shelter in place was in effect. Bad enough to sit on I-5 for over 3.5 hours and then to be treated with such disregard is unforgiveable.

Okay so this RV Park is the best one out there. Not kidding! I stay here as often as I can. There are so many reasons... I'll start at the beginning... I'll start at the beginning... Once you pull in to the park, you are directed to a parking spot while you check in. Usually always greeted by a smiling, happy staff park member who actually enjoys working here. Going in to the office, where there's a couple managers on duty at all times, and two office workers who are just the best! Friendly ladies who are really sweet to talk with, check in and get you settled in. Next to the office is a little market that has almost anything a camper could want or need and then some. Cold sodas and ice cold beer! Open usually till around 6 or 7pm. Once you are checked in, a maintenance staff member, who are all amazing, will help you to your space. They will help get your trailer or RV in if needed as well. There are many guys in the maintenance crew to help with whatever you need....happily! The spaces are pull through and quite spacious. After you settle in, check out the many fun things to do! There's 3 pools, yes 3. A wading pool for the little ones which is a foot or so deep, a family pool for parents to take the kids 14 and under I think...don't quote me on that age, and an adult pool for adults only, no kids. The pools are all heated and sparkling clean...always. I use the heck outta the pool and I absolutely love it! Open from 8a.m. to 10p.m. every day. There's a laundry facility and it's open until midnight. Always clean and plenty of machines. Very convenient! You can wait for your laundry at the huge fire pit right outside! There are two dog parks because almost everyone has a dog. Friendly dogs and always kept on leashes. People are walking their fur babies all day long! No poop in this park! It's clean because the folks actually pick up after their dogs here. Imagine that?! There's a guard or guards on duty at night so you feel quite safe. Believe me, these guys don't let anything happen around here. No crime. It's not that kind of park. It's safe and cameras are everywhere. Big brothers got your back and so do the guards! There's a game room across from the pools with a billiard table, 5 or so video games, a ping pong table, and a pinball machine! You can get quarters with the change machine inside the room there. It's so convenient. Next to that is a lounge. Inside is a computer you can use, a tv, a comfy couch and some restrooms. A great place to chill or play one of the board games available. Just a lovely quiet room. Attached is the rentable banquet room for your birthday parties, meetings or whatever event you are having. Just ask the ladies in the office, they will hook you up with everything! There are several showers and they are always clean and sanitary, with 24 hour availability. Great hot water and the water pressure is super! There's a basketball court, a pickle ball court, tennis and a huge gazebo area with bbq's, and a huge fire pit. It's called The K Circle. The picnic tables are perfect for seating up to 32 people. I sit there sometimes just to have my lunch. It's surrounded by the biggest and greenest grass, and trees surround the whole thing... it's just beautiful! Did I mention how clean and well maintained this place is? The maintenance crew is on it! It's perfectly manicured grounds are a sight to see! My space is on the corner and I absolutely love my neighbors. Jeff and Laura and their kids are such wonderful people. Talk about great parenting...these folks are always outside with their kids having a ball. I can hear them laughing and enjoying each other every weekend and they always say hello. The people in this park are very nice. Top notch folks for sure! All of them. I can't say enough great things about Valencia Travel Village. We are long term visitors and always will be. I just love it here, and will for years to come! Thanks everyone for reading. I highly recommend this park it's a family oriented place you and your kids will have a wonderful time!
