This is a wonderful place to live. I felt safe, my neighbors were kind, and the management is excellent. She even took a call with my insurance company months later to verify my dates. When I was staying there management was clear about charges and fees and I was never blind sided. The laundry machines and showers work well. Absolutely worth the price 10/10 would stay again.

I had to review dates to see why I owe rent sooner than expected. Every year we paid for 2 months of rent space. After 9 years you lose 1 day each year. Rent is every 28 days...if you add up the difference of each month, the extra days add up to 29. After 9 years it's short by 1 day a each year. We should only owe the 9 days and should put us back to even. But the ppl in the office disagree and can... I had to review dates to see why I owe rent sooner than expected. Now I'm loosing the 9 days and they want to charge me late fees because I can only pay on the first or so. Not sure what has changed as we have done this every year without a problem. not hard to figure out.

My husband and I needed a place to stop with our 33' RV and 2 dogs while visiting family. Victorian RV Park is clean, quiet, well maintained and the grass is beautiful. Hookups are 50amps however they had put an adapter so we just had our regular hookup. They are very dog friendly. They do have a lot of permanent tenants but they are very quite and keep their area clean and very nice looking. I would recommend Victorian RV Park to anyone. Everything is close. We were in our RV so we did not use the parks bathrooms or laundry

Most of the residents are long-term residents, so there is an atmosphere of community. It is not in a great area, and anyone can walk or drive in at any time, and the security cameras are not able to capture plate numbers or useful identification for anyone coming or going. I recently had a car slam into my rv and they sped off before I could get their plate or see the car well. Even mediocre security cameras should be able to record the car and plate number. I am not concerned about security from the other residents, but given the neighborhood there is too much of a security risk from people that are not residents for me to recommend this park. Ownership is well aware of this problem and it could be (and have been) easily corrected with upgraded security cameras. Numerous residents have had bike thefts (including myself) and the thieves just walk right out without anyone being able to ID them due to the limitations of the cameras.

The park is ok. Very tight and limited space though. My biggest complaint is nobody is ever in the office. If you need to get your mail, pay rent, get quarters or need anything from the very limited convenience store you are sad out of luck. Mail is important and people need it in a timely fashion but they don't seem to care. Also don't count on wifi, It doesn't work! For long term it is... The park is ok.
