We had a great time with our travel trailer at Walker River resort. The resort is very clean and well kept. We went midweek and it was not crowded. There was no noise and we were given a prime spot overlooking the ponds. The walk down to the river was nice. They have a gazebo and BBQs next to the river and a large grassy area as well. We will definitely be back

All hook ups are available and are drive thru spots. I spoke with a few guest staying in the cabins and both complained about them being outdated and air conditioner not working the best and having a mildew smell when running. I also saw on website they had a golf course and it was anything but a golf course. Also no bathroom other than at the office/bar. This is definitely the first “Resort” I’ve visited with no restrooms throughout the campground or a Bathhouse to shower or clean up. The pool was a little dirty. We went into the bar to have a drink and the bar tender working was very nice, only disappointment was food options. Frozen pizza only and that was a limited option. Not everyone who camps like to cook and I feel they are missing out on a lot of money and no store on property? Crazy to me that it’s like a mile down the road which I didn’t check out. I feel place is definitely outdated and has a lot of potential to make much more money if they had a little store on site with snacks, essentials, drinks and maybe microwaveable food. Probably won’t be visiting again any time soon but try it out for yourself and form your own opinion.

A very fun place to stay with friends to camp & ride. Has a decent bar and the folks are very friendly year round. They have a shooting area for trap shooting down by the river. The RV spots are a little too close together and this place should be paved for the prices.$$$ The dust never stops. I will never return to this place due to the ANTI Off-roading stance they have taken. There are other ways to address issues but penalizing your draw doesn't fix the problem. Hopefully the bay area yoga retreats and frisbee leagues keep your resort full.
