It is a wonderful place to live. The owners are wonderful generous kind people who work very hard. If you need anything they are happy to loan it to you if they have it It is extremely affordable It is a very quiet slow drama place they would highly recommend it however they very seldom have vacancies

Bill & Billie Smith (owners) demonstrate daily as they work from sunrise to sunset on the property, that the welfare of their tenants is their priority. It is their livelihood, however, they could charge comparable rates to the other parks in this area and could have done so for years. So it is obvious that money is not their primary focus or priority. The rural setting makes this park a lovely ch... Bill & Billie Smith (owners) demonstrate daily as they work from sunrise to sunset on the property, that the welfare of their tenants is their priority. It is their livelihood, however, they could charge comparable rates to the other parks in this area and could have done so for years. So it is obvious that money is not their primary focus or priority. The rural setting makes this park a lovely choice. (Though they are always booked with a waiting list!)

Seriously so rude. I didn't even stay at the park so I can't review on that. But I called and left a message. When she called me back I missed the call so I returned her call and she was so rude on the phone. I have a song playing for the ring back tone and she told me how "she didn't have time to listen to music and we don't have anything available anyways" and she hung up on me. Like I said I ca... A beautiful place to live, but very hard to find a spot. If you're lucky enough to get a spot to live in you'll be happy living on this land
