Stopped by June 8, 2024 June 8, 2024 Ashley and I walked around Sylvan Lake State Park, we then went to the visitor center and saw hummingbirds! After we had dinner at Twisted Root in Eagle Colorado and stopped at Eagle River Park to watch the rapid surfers!

We stopped to view the Eagle River Park with white water rapids. The 600 cubic feet per second water discharge rate was quite loud. It was nicely built and had a neat fire feature crafted by a local artisan. Worth stopping to view and walk around.
