TL:DR, booking practice is defiantly weird. The original spot we booked and wanted was given to someone else and then sat empty for 50% of our stay, despite the camp ground knowing that we wanted that spot. We booked almost a month a head of our trip. When we booked there were only two spaces available, one wouldn't accommodate our rig length so that left us with the spot we wanted (20). When we... When we arrived we were moved to a different spot (15). The spot we were offered is basically right in the road next to the bathrooms with no real space to even sit outside our camper and a light brighter than the sun.. They claimed spot 15 to be a pull through space, when in reality there is no way even a small camper could actually pull through. You have to back in. The office told us we didn't pay the extra fee to hold the space we actually wanted, that's why were were moved. The person in our spot was there the day before. So they basically double booked the spot and kicked us to a crappier spot. The spot we originally picked was backed up to the river. A spot we've wanted to stay in for 10 years and finally had a chance. Shame on us for not spending extra to hold a spot that was reserved. Seems super shady to move someone without letting them know first. We would have cancelled but 50% would have been due still. Buyer beware. Probably won't stay here again. Sadly, park seems nice, but really no amenities. People were nice. However, bad policies by the owner/management.

Nice RV park with super friendly staff! We didn't have our RV this trip, but the next time we do, we will definitely stay here! This trip, we stayed at a cabin down the road which did not have a washer or dryer. I stopped in to see if we could use their laundry facility. They were happy to let us. The office is open from 9-5 and can make change for the machines.

Hard to get a reservation because it's a slice of heaven but was able to pay for a shower for my brother and I. Very friendly staff will always go back.

After 4 nights boondocking at Mill Creeks CG, we needed FHUs & a laundry. Called several RVparks in Lake City with no luck. Henson said they’d work us in. Arrived on a Sunday for one nighter. Spot was "ok". They had a camper with an "emergency " drop in and we were parked, very very close. Water pressure they stated was 90 psi, use a regulator! Filled our water tank (100 gallons) quickly. Filled our water tank (100 gallons) quickly. Internet surprisingly was fast for an RV park. 25-50mbs. Didn’t have to deploy the Starlink. My wife used their laundry, great! Office contacts were nice & congenial. We camped at Henson Creek RV Park in a Motorhome.

Wonderful place for a quick shower if you're camping in the area. Their shower house is open to the public, just cost $10. This included a towel, soap and shampoo. We were not provided those amenities but we were there after hours. The shower house was immaculate, the water was HOT, and the water pressure was out of this world. It's a great spot to stop if you're camping near the area. I do believ... Wonderful place for a quick shower if you're camping in the area. Their shower house is open to the public, just cost $10. I do believe you can also dump waste here for a few as well.
