Amazing area for mountain biking and class 1 electrics are allowed and are perfect for this massive area. Free camping below the pay campgrounds, pronghorns running around with beautiful mountain views all around. Had to clean up a ton of glass, nails and bullet casings, locals need to respect the land better.

The 18 Road trails are super fun. They have options for all skill levels. The scenery is beautiful too. You're right up against the book cliffs and Colorado National Monument is off in the distance.

There is also a lot of construction equipment near the entrance currently. The next 2 are reservation/fee sites, which are the more obvious spots. The free area is quite large and flat. Might get pretty easy to get stuck if muddy, though. Great 5G cell reception throughout.
