Ripple Creek Pass is on the Flat Tops Trail Scenic Byway between Meeker and Yampa.  Many dispersed camping sites are available along the Byway near the Ripple Creek Overlook.This road is not plowed in the winter.  The White River Snowmobile club grooms a trail on the road.
