It is quiet and very peaceful, there's also several trails to choose from. Dan has firewood for sale at a low cost too. Everything is awesome, highly recommended!! When we got there I remember Dan told us that it was supposed to be one of the coldest nights of the year, and kindly offered us a portable gas heater for our kids... I declined, but he was right, it was really cold. He went back and handed us the heater when we needed it the most. So we're really really grateful with him for that, fine gentleman! We spoke to him the next morning and gave us advice about what to do next on our trip and just about life in general. We'll be going back soon!

The camp host Dan is a great guy. He is taking great care of Transfer CG. This campground had a few places that would accommodate our 34-foot camper. It also has a big group site that can accommodate lots of tents and a few campers. There are lots of hiking, 4 wheeler, and horse trailes around. The Jackson Reservoir is 5 miles away for paddle boarding or fishing, no swimming though. We will be com... The camp host Dan is a great guy. He is taking great care of Transfer CG. This is a beautiful little spot with probably one of the best overlooks in the whole area just right across the road! The host (Dan) is very friendly and accommodating! Summer is really nice up there and fall is stellar!

Fairly nice campground, especially if you like cows. Near some trails. Good shade and sun. Pit toilet was kept very clean. The host was friendly. He did run his generator a lot, but I'm thinking it was because he had to update reservations
