Great dispersed camping area fit for tents, trailers and RVs. Leave nothing but footprints, take nothing but photos! This area is right on South Mineral Creek, and the wildlife will make an appearance at dusk and/or at dawn, be mindful and leash your dogs for their safety.

Great free dispersed camp site with lots of pockets of trees to find a camp spot and also some big wide open areas as well. Right next to Mineral Creek. Wildlife like to stroll the opposite side of the creek late in the afternoon. Great views of the mountains. Far enough from the 550 not to have road noise. Restroom on site. Generally clean and stocked but it is only one and it's a big camp... Great free dispersed camp site with lots of pockets of trees to find a camp spot and also some big wide open areas as well.
