Very well organized and clean park. Restrooms and showers were spotless. Full hookups at all RV sites which are level. Easy to get all size RVs parked here. Propane refill on site at very competitive cost. There's also full laundry facilities provided, along with a nice outdoor seating area/fireplace and a little putting green. The owners had A+ communication, we even had a call before we arrived to let us know of freeze warning for the night. Very convenient and safe stopover in Alamosa - we will certainly stay here again without hesitation. This is how quality parks are done.

This was my second time staying here, just one night each time. Park is very clean and neat and very secure with a coded electric gate for access. It has a very nice new coded access community room with bathrooms with shower stalls, very well kept. Within easy walking distance of downtown restaurants and shops. Easy pull through sites.

Very clean and meticulously maintained. Paid mid 50’s for one night stay and got great quality in return. As have paid much more for lot less, always feel good when the Cost/Benefit spot on as Cool Sunshine was for me!

This is a very well kept park. Very clean with great restrooms and showers. It is also secure. There are railroad tracks to both sides of the park, but they are seldom used and the railroad is not a noise concern. It is also close enough to walk to town or Starbucks. We will stay here again if we are in the area.
