Beautiful NF forest! As such, no hookups, but with basic restroom. Lots of privacy between campsites. Also next to the trailhead of the North Crestone Trail. In summer though, beware of the mosquitos, lots of them!!

Cool, wet shade so close to the hot valley! Skip the hard work of climbing to the top of the trail--just walk 100 meters or so and go off-trail to the lovely shaded creekside!

Stayed on July 2nd and it was supposed to be a one night deal, we liked the campground so much we stayed another night. Lot 8 was probably the best out of all the campsites very secluded and very quiet back off the road besides the water. Was absolutely beautiful and we plan on coming back in the future. If you're planning a trip, make sure to bring bug spray, other than that, enjoy nature. Also,... I love this place. When the camp closes there is wild camping right next to it, making it my favorite destination of all time.
