We stayed several months. I loved the quiet nights and the beautiful views. Haden was without a doubt, the best host I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. He was incredibly kind and very attentive to anything we may need. 10/10 recommend this rv park.

I called ahead and spoke to Haden regarding paying a fee to dump our black and grey water tanks on our way home to Colorado Springs. I was pleasantly shocked when he said to just pull on in on our way back and not worry about paying anything. Very friendly and happy to help, which is unfortunately rare closer to where we live. It was small, quiet, and a decent distance away from I-70 so no traf... I called ahead and spoke to Haden regarding paying a fee to dump our black and grey water tanks on our way home to Colorado Springs. I was pleasantly shocked when he said to just pull on in on our way back and not worry about paying anything. Very friendly and happy to help, which is unfortunately rare closer to where we live. It was small, quiet, and a decent distance away from I-70 so no traffic noise. We're inclined to book there in the future because he is a true gentleman, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or his Park to others.

When I called, to let them know we were running late, Hayden was Awesome!!! So points to him... Again, if you are looking for a quick pit stop on your travel, then this is your stop... It's cheap, quiet [ until the neighborhood kids are running the streets, 4 wheelers, scooters, etc...] Mosquitoes everywhere, they are thick for Sept. Hook up was simple, We slept & left...
