We love this koa! Everyone is so nice, everything is clean! So close to town and the elk visit. Love that the cabins have nice little touches like a reading lamp and plenty of outlets, not a lot of koas have that. I love that there are a couple Family style showers, a nice shop and playground. The views are outstanding!

It's a small, quaint campground. Oddly there's no pool and it sets off a main road so it was a bit noisy. It was a last minute choice for us to have full hookup options before boondocking so it fit its purpose but not much to do here. It was close to an adventure rental which we took advantage of. The staff was very nice and helpful, the bathrooms/shower house was clean and had a couple private on... It's a small, quaint campground. But not a good location if you're staying long.

KOA has always been a one night stay for me. Estes Park should be the exception!! Louie, Dianne and the staff were all so helpful. From check in to back in, they attended to our every question and need. Watched them treat others the same way. They seem to love what they do. Highly recommend!!

We stayed at the KOA Aug 10-16, 2025. First visit to Estes Park and was very successful. This campground is very close to town and across the street from the bike paths of Lake Estes. Serving an all you can eat pancake breakfast and coffee at $7.50 for a few days a week. Delicious! Friday “train ride” thru the campground for the kids was a blast! We loved staying in the upper tier w propane fir... We stayed at the KOA Aug 10-16, 2025. First visit to Estes Park and was very successful.
