Small campground with small to medium size sites with full service hookups. Nice tree coverage throughout. While the owners are on site, they are only available via text, phone and we did not feel that it was a very friendly environment. This could just be our experience. Wi-Fi was really pretty poor even though there were seven different Wi-Fi receivers you could connect to.

This place was amazing. Cute and right in the middle of town. They were so kind when I had to call for booking and took care of everything. The spots are tucked between trees and have walking paths. Great laundry facilities. They had live music on Saturday night when we got there and the campground hosts were so friendly. Will definitely come back to this RV park!

This is a lovely RV park with a few cabins/tiny homes. Our hosts Jennifer and Randy were helpful and welcoming. This is a lovely RV park with a few cabins/tiny homes. Our hosts Jennifer and Randy were helpful and welcoming. It is very conveniently located west of the tourist area of Pagosa Springs just off Hwy. 160. And even though it is just off the highway, we did not notice highway noise; the entrance goes down a hill where most of the sites are located which blocks most of the sound. In addition, Jennifer and Randy provide live music on the week-ends and on Friday night, we thoroughly enjoyed an excellent band. They have hummingbird feeders set up on the porch on the office which attracts hordes of hummers - so fun and beautiful to watch. Like most RV parks in Colorado, the sites are small and close together but it is by far the best we've found in Pagosa Springs. We so enjoyed our stay and will certainly visit again.

Last minute choice turned into a 3 night stay. Would have stayed longer, but we had to get home after a one month journey. The owners, Randy and Jennifer are fantastic! We thoroughly enjoyed visiting with them at their beautiful RV Park. If you're looking for a place near town, this is it. Shade, peace and quiet. Sooo much to do in the area!

We rate Pagosa Pines a 5 star!!! The owners and host couple were fantastic from the moment we arrived until we departed. It is clear they love what they do and have so much pride in their Park. Close enough to downtown and uptown but far enough away to be peaceful. Just what we had hoped for! We will return. :-)
