They even upgraded our cabin, which made our trip feel extra special. The cabin was beautiful, spotless, and had absolutely everything we could possibly need already there. It truly felt like a home away from home. We were also pleasantly surprised to discover the clubhouse had a pool and two hot tubs, which we definitely took advantage of after long days out exploring. The grounds were quiet, peaceful, and very well maintained. We had zero issues our entire stay. The location was perfect! We were able to easily enjoy Breckenridge, Frisco, Silverthorne, and even make a trip to Leadville We will absolutely be recommending Tiger Run Resort to friends and family, and we can’t wait to come back in the future!

I actually loved it when we stayed there in a cabin in summer. It's so near Breckenridge, Frisco, and Dillon, Vail, etc. Such a beautiful place to be. What ruined the experience for me was the pesticide/herbicide chemical spraying (as someone else has previously posted about). They can get equally nice turf and landscape with a low concentration of pesticides. They need to do something about this -- other resorts, businesses in Breck, etc get beautiful landscapes without all the heavy pesticides.

We stayed here for a pre-Christmas snow-cation and were fortunate that the park was relatively quiet, with many empty sites. This allowed us to enjoy some of the amenities, such as the hot tub, which was only moderately busy at the time. That said, given the overall size of the resort, it’s easy to see how additional hot tubs would be necessary during busier periods. We did have three major concerns during our stay: First, we booked a “Deluxe” RV site, specifically because it advertised a covered patio and fire pit—important features for a December stay. I spent considerable time selecting this site and paid a significantly higher price compared to standard sites. Upon arrival, we were informed that the site amenities were not usable. This was extremely disappointing, especially since this restriction was not disclosed anywhere on the website or in the multiple confirmation emails we received from Tiger Run. We went to the front desk to address this and were told they would speak with a manager and follow up with us the next day. Unfortunately, we never heard back. The staff member we spoke with also stated that complaints about not being able to use Deluxe site amenities are a recurring issue and that even she had made the same mistake based on how the sites are advertised. This makes the website feel misleading and designed to encourage guests to pay more for features they ultimately cannot use. Second, there are very few trash receptacles throughout the park. We frequently had to carry or drive trash—including pet waste—to the clubhouse, which created unnecessary vehicle traffic within the RV park. Third, vehicle traffic overall was a safety concern. Tight turns, narrow and icy roads, and the lack of sidewalks made walking through the park hazardous. We nearly got hit by a vehicle when a guest cut through a campsite to turn near the dog park. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and the facilities themselves are very nice. However, don’t expect an uncrowded hot tub during peak times, be extremely cautious when walking dogs or taking trash across the park, and based on our experience, we do not recommend spending the extra money on a Deluxe site.

I stay here for a week at a time during ski season. Love the sites and surroundings. Easy access to highway to get to Breck, Keystone, or Copper Mountain.

Wanted to like it, but didn’t. The positives first, all the residents were super friendly and everyone said hello. Very close to the Colorado trail so great for hiking with our dog. Very close to the Colorado trail so great for hiking with our dog. The negatives, some renovations at the clubhouse meant it was out of action when we arrived. After the renovation it was left dirty in the men’s restroom. After 10pm (and before 8am the next morning) our access card didn’t work and we were unable to use the washroom facilities. In the morning I went to the reception to advise them of this and they said there was emergency plumbing work and the water was cut off. I know this was a total lie as a fellow resident did let me in the lounge and I was eventually able to use the restroom. Later that day they posted “emergency notices” for the 10pm - 8am clubhouse/restroom closure. This was the third RV park we stayed in on our Rockies trip and the largest site. The others all had better bathroom facilities, were cleaner and more polite staff. Oh and when you are able to use the restroom it inexplicably had four showers, but just one stall… poorly thought out!
