They want more than renting a whole freaking apartment to live there and you still have to pay utilities and everything directly to the power company and whatnot so they're literally renting you a parking spot for 1600 dollars a month for a parking spot. Smdh

Every site has a picnic table and clear marked out numbers on posts so it makes getting Amazon packages delivered to your camper easy. You also get a mail box located towards the front of the property for the duration of your stay. It’s safe and quiet. They have daily rates, weekly rates and even long term monthly rates! I’ve definitely enjoyed my stay here, and if I’m ever back this way for work, I’ll definitely be coming here again! Thanks for the great stay guys. 👍

Electric was great, our AC stayed cool, and it was very quiet overnight. Overall very happy. We’ll likely be back, since we have family in the area and could use this as a base for a longer stay.
