Good - location right off I-10 very close to fuel and food. Not so good - I chose a spot online in the back and ended up between campers who live here. There was a lot of activity in the middle of the night at #6 with scooters and cars coming and going. People talking etc. this is between 2-4 am I’d stay here again but would choose a site closer to the office. The rear sites seem to be the perman... My wife and I were traveling through on our way to Mississippi and stopped in Marianna. When I tried to level my motorhome the hydraulic jacks failed to extend. I contacted a local mobile RV repair service but repairs couldn't be made since the repair facility was closed on weekends. I called the office and explained the situation and they were very understanding and accommodating. We were allowed... It is situated in a good location close to several restaurants and shopping, not far from the interstate. We stayed here on our way back from Mississippi as well and will be staying here in the future on our trips out west.
