I loved this place so much ❤️ I was thinking about buying a mobile home here until I found out that the land lease is only good for 1 year . What happens when they don't want to renew and you have bought a mobile home ?? Are you supposed to move it some where??

You don't see water from the campground at all. There are mostly park models here with rv's peppered in between. Be prepared to be on top of your neighbors behind and in front of you. The sites are not level at all, and you will park on grass with a small concrete patio. The park is very run down and not well kept. The entrance is very deceiving as it is updated and very nice. It was a very disappointing place.

Very friendly and helpful staff both in the office and on the grounds. This place is kept up nicely. The laundry is huge, bathrooms, showers and everything is clean. Rec halls are also wonderful. The pool and hot-tub well handle a big crowd. .Pool tables, shuffleboard, bocci ball, horse shoes, and many activities. I signed an annual lease I like it so well.

I heard praise from a couple about this RV Resort. Figured we'd have to check it out. The staff very friendly in the office. Simply put... this isn't the place for us. Mostly single-wide RV park units (some "vintage") with Campers (bumper pull, 5th wheel, Class A) scattered about the park. You could be a 33-foot camper nestled inbetween a resident mobile home owner. Their scrolling website photos... I heard praise from a couple about this RV Resort. Figured we'd have to check it out. Prefer the "campground ambiance".
