Should be zero stars! Website said they open at 9a but door says 10a, no big deal I'll wait 20 minutes. At 10:04a a golf cart rolls up, I heard loud nagging tone voice that is commenting about my presence. The very rude DIRTY blonde, can't say lady but female wouldn't make eye contact, no greeting, no how can I help you, no let me open the office and I'll be right with you, just a rude sour attitu... Opened the office door and quickly closed behind her. I could instantly feel the hate and anger that was made for me not to instantly recognize, so good job with that I guess. This is the least welcoming and the most unprofessional establishment that I think I've ever been to.

I am staying here at the present time. I have had nothing but a great experience from the office. They’re extremely nice. She always has a smile. I’ve had no bad experience whatsoever.

We stayed here for a month and had a good time. Lonnie and team are hard working people making sure you have what you need. The pool was well kept and great for a swim. The bathroom was always clean. The laundry was convenient.

We have stayed in many parks, and this is definitely one of the nicest park. Nice shades, very inviting and the rates are reasonable. The pool is well maintained. Management is friendly and hard working, they work long hours trying to keep this place clean and mowed. We love it here! 😊

We have stayed in many parks, and this is definitely one of the nicest park. Nice shades, very inviting and the rates are reasonable. The pool is well maintained. Management is friendly and hard working, they work long hours trying to keep this place clean and mowed. We love it here! 😊

Like Livingston RV resort is the best RV Park I've been to in Livingston Texas! Myself and many other of the residents have moved here because of Lonnie. She has the perfect balance between being a park manager and your friend when you are in need. The water here is supplied by a well that is much higher quality than you will get in many other places here in Livingston. The laundry facility is a l... Like Livingston RV resort is the best RV Park I've been to in Livingston Texas! Myself and many other of the residents have moved here because of Lonnie. She has the perfect balance between being a park manager and your friend when you are in need. The water here is supplied by a well that is much higher quality than you will get in many other places here in Livingston. The laundry facility is a little small but, still accommodates for everyone there. The speed limit is strictly enforced at 5 mph by the park manager and other residents. The park has a balance between really nice RVs in some of the more homely are welcome here too. Not once have I ever worried about my belongings being stolen or any vandalism. The children that run around playing in the RV park are well mannered. Children and animals are very welcome here without much worry of their safety. 😁
