Super good location! Not too far from everything in Jacksonville! The (new) pool, beach and cafe are super nice– and family friendly. The park, overall, was super clean and maintained well. The admin office is also super accommodating and nice, anytime I have any questions or need help they are right away helping. I have had no problems with them or anything else for that matter. My husband and I and our two pomapoos stayed at Flaming Lake 3 weeks in December. It was so peaceful and beautifully decorated for Christmas. The restaurant was so cute, great scenery, super nice servers and had really good food! It was to chilly to use the pool but it looked really nice. They have a gym which was a huge bonus for me. The food was cooked perfectly. I was blown away by how great everything tasted. I had a Philly cheesesteak and I have never tasted anything like that. I am definitely going back. Usually restaurants either will take forever to cook something or it doesn’t taste as good bc they hurried. I was blown away that the food came quick and everything was perfect. The office staff was great. We went to the cafe for karaoke and had so much fun! We met the 2 managers at the office. They were very personable and welcoming.
