3 campsites close to each other but not so close you lose all privacy. A short walk and you can see the openness of the prairie. Shortest hike of all the primitive campsites at Myakka. Close to the boundary of the park, so we did get woken up by cows and donkeys making noises for a good while.

Nice, short hike of about 3 miles to get to. Site is beautifully shaded by a ton of huge, old trees. Plenty of space between the three campsites. The only downside is that noise from the residential area nearby can carry over, breaking the illusion of being out in the 'wild'. Other than that, it's one of mu favorite campsites in Florida.
