Really great campsite, although difficult to access by land (0.7 mile walk and no parking for a car) it is very easy to access by boat, as there is an area to park small boats. Also the local volunteers in this area are very kind and gracious, helping us set up camp, whilst also explaining everything in the area to us (They even gave our dog some treats!). There are 2 types of sites, small buildings with bug nets/sheets, and primitive open-air campsites. The buildings also have outlets, lights, and power. Additionally there’s a small pavilion in the center which has lights, fans, picnic tables, and outlets! Overall I’d say this is a perfect place to camp and stay overnight!

We happen to paddle up to this Beautiful camp site along the Suwannee river and majestic springs. This campsite has warm showers and the place is completely well maintained. Who ever is keeping this place clean, THANK YOU! There are screened in huts where you can set your tent up. It also provides electricity which is a big plus. Perfect place to camp along the Suwannee river.

What an amazing time my friend and I had here. Jeannie, who attended to the camp area, was an amazing person to meet and definitely made our stay worth while. She is friendly and keeps the camp clean and beautiful. Next time we travel down the Suwannee, we will definitely stop here to visit again.
