Would have liked to stay a few days long but this resort is hard to book with it's high demand. The sites are spacious, well maintained, and the hookups work flawlessly. With an extremely close proximity to The Villages, you can find almost everything you want from activities to dining. Staff is super helpful and attentive. Nice and peaceful. The Russell Stover Outlet was a big plus. Saved about... Would have liked to stay a few days long but this resort is hard to book with it's high demand. This is our favorite Thousand Trails or Encore in FL, of those we have visited so far - and we've been to quite a few - including the Keys. This is our favorite Thousand Trails or Encore in FL, of those we have visited so far - and we've been to quite a few - including the Keys. The staff are wonderful, and have been very helpful when we've had to make requests such as allowing us to show up a day late without losing our reservation due to our rig being serviced, or making sure that we have a solid surface like good dirt or a patio to come out of the rig on because they see my husband is disabled and they know it is difficult to come down an RV's steps and into grass with a cane. Their consideration was greatly appreciated. Even though they are a TT, they have rightfully earned the "Resort" title. They have all of the amenities of a resort except a hot tub. Perhaps our favorite aspect of this resort is it's location. It is close enough to the entrance for both I-75 and Florida's Turnpike that getting there is a breeze from just about any direction, but it is far enough away that you don't spend all night listening to the highway traffic. The highway that does run in front of the place seems to be rolled up around 8 pm except for the occasional motorcyclist getting their thrills on the long and straight stretch of highway. It is the same with the Villages. You are close enough that you can easily get there if that is what you would like to do, but far enough away that you can completely avoid them and their traffic, lights, and their overcrowding if you wish. We are older, so when we got our TT membership we stuck to Encores because they seemed to be geared more towards retirees and snowbirds, but since visiting Three Flags the first time it has quickly become a favorite of ours and is popping up more and more in our trip planning. Young or old, family, single, or a couple, you will find a welcome here and plenty to keep you entertained!

We’ve been Thousand Trails members for years and dropped our RV off at Three Flags as part of our paid reservation—like we’ve done at other TT parks before. This time? Total disaster. Within a week, we got an email saying their “ranger hadn’t seen us” and asking if we were okay. Fair enough, we explained that we were coming in early and late due to a family emergency and work schedule, and that we... We’ve been Thousand Trails members for years and dropped our RV off at Three Flags as part of our paid reservation—like we’ve done at other TT parks before. This time? Total disaster. Within a week, we got an email saying their “ranger hadn’t seen us” and asking if we were okay. Fair enough, we explained that we were coming in early and late due to a family emergency and work schedule, and that we were still using the site, just not lounging around it 24/7. They completely ignored our response. A few days later, they suspended our entire membership, claiming our rig was “unattended” and charged us nearly $240 in phantom fees for the site we already paid for. No call. No warning. No conversation. Just a letter saying, “You violated the rules. Pay us or your membership stays locked.” We tried reaching out. Nothing. We spoke to Joe, the park manager, who said he’d follow up. Never did. Member Services? Told us "Everyone's got problems. If you don't like it, leave." That was their customer support. Word for word. Let that sink in. The staff here act more like hall monitors on a power trip than hospitality professionals. You’re not camping—you’re under surveillance. They will fine you without proof, ghost your emails, and suspend your paid membership just because they feel like it. If you're thinking of staying here: don't. If you're thinking of buying a Thousand Trails membership: think twice. If you're already a member—watch your back at this park. They’re gunning for “gotcha” fees and zero accountability. What a shameful, petty, money-grabbing operation masquerading as a family campground. We’ll never be back, and we’ll be warning others across every RV group and review site we can find.

This campground was very good. Ample well kept sites. The staff is friendly and attentive. The communication thru text is great, letting you know of any problems or fun stuff going on. There are plenty of activities to enjoy. We spent 2 enjoyable weeks. We will return!
