This is our fourth year here and we love it here. We stay 6 months and leave our rv 6 months as we spend the summer up north. As for those who complain about the noisy railroad. We just bought an inexpensive quiet noise machine ($20) and before going to bed, we put it on and now, we never hear the railroad.

This is a beautiful RV resort with a lot of amenities and very friendly staff. The one down side for us was the train that came by blowing horns multiple times in the middle of the night, this happened at least 5 times each night and woke us up every time although we are light sleepers.

Love this RV park! Lots of seasonal, full time, plenty of transient spots too! So much to do here and friendly staff! Clean and well maintained park!

What a great place! The staff is friendly and helpful, and the residents are very welcoming. While I was only there for a stopover, many are staying for the season. The resort is clean, well kept with beautiful mature trees, and offers plenty of options to engage in an active community. Will definitely come back!

I’ve been staying here for a few months now. Love the location, it’s back off the road, and most won’t know it’s here unless you really look. Quite neighborhood, you can sometimes hear traffic or the train, there’s a pickup truck here that you will hear from time to time. Management is friendly and responds when needed. It’s a great place to come and then see the city and all it has to offer. This... I’ve been staying here for a few months now. Quiet and peaceful. Aircraft noise is more than anything neighbors produce, and aircraft pass through quickly enough. Held back a star for driveway grading.

A wonderful and quiet place. I once was there and met a nice human being named Jo Anne, who managed Frog Hollow. There aren't enough flowers in the world to express the peace and pleasantness of my brief stay.

I'm sure it started off nice, and there are some good people left still. But let's be honest - this is the place you move when you've given up on life. This is one step above a cardboard box in the woods. I felt bad seeing kids playing in the street, knowing this is as good as its going to get for them.
