We went to check out the rv park. Its a gravel parking lot. Very stark. They have a pool, the restaurant is closed. The spaces are adequate for your rig and a table next to it. Its just not very nice looking. Almost every place is called a resort in the keys. That is very misleading. Ive stayed at resorts with multiple restaurants, bars, golf courses etc. I have not seen any rv park in the keys... We went to check out the rv park. Its a gravel parking lot. Very stark. Feb. and Mar. Is a bit pretentious to stay in a lot. It may be alot better than other places in the keys but its not what you might expect as a resort.

Our only "negative" comment is that the spaces can be very narrow and a little on the short side... But it's the Keys and space is at a premium in Winter. Hardest part is getting someone to answer the office phones.

First impression was beyond exceptional! We are relatively new at RV parking, but Hope and Ryan helped us back into our site. Seems like sites are pretty close, but neighbors are friendly and we can hardly complain with the ocean breezes and seeing the moon reflection on the water. More later, as we have family coming to stay in one of the on-site rentals.
