Great geographical location, horrible community, horrible management and workers. Hard to call them workers when I see the maintenance man drinking a 12 pack since 8 am, it was lunch time and he was toasted. Sitting on his couch watching TV when I went to collect information on units there, and yes he was working since he was the one to answer the phone and had me meet me there.
