Would never buy from a big dealership, they won't help you they are too busy. Buy from a smaller dealership or better yet learn everything there is to learn and never buy from a dealer again. People want everything done for them, try learning it yourself. I'll give an example. My wife and I needed a new awning and a water heater service. So I called all big dealerships and the avg quote was 1500.0... Would never buy from a big dealership, they won't help you they are too busy. Awning material was 175 through Amazon. What a ripoff dealerships are and they keep your trailer in the heat for 3 months for a 2 hr job. Will never be at any dealership whether it's for a truck of trailer. Time to learn or go broke. P.s. we also just installed a new 30 amp ac unit on the roof for 700.00 and a 5 yr warranty. Dealer wanted 1750.00 for a new ac. 😁

He apparently did not know as much about the RV industry as he attempted to pretend he did. In addition, he needs to learn never lie to a client as you are not aware of the knowledge base they have and under no circumstance do you insult the intelligence of your customer regardless if they are correct or not. In this particular instance the customer was right and all he accomplished was to have a potential customer to leave with a bad experience and spread the word of his bad experience. As a business owner, you learn that you must always stay calm under all circumstances. My sales person joined Lazy Days in September of 2022 and sold cars before then. I have bought, used and sold RV's for the last 35 years. I research every angle before I walk into a dealership as I realize the sales person is merely trying to sell a product and they are not "experts" in RV's. If this is the way Lazy trains their employees, this would explain why their offices were empty. As this is the 3rd Lazy day location that I have been to that has been as empty as a ghost town I believe the problem starts at the top and hopefully the purchase by Campers Inn can turn around these locations because there are many good people that work there that deserve to keep their jobs. Pushing away financial able buyers is never a good strategy.

I'll begin in a positive note that I must say that this a great Travel Trailer/Camper. So far it's been great for the last 2 weeks(I'll update this as time goes by). It has many features that we are enjoying in a full time basis. I did have issues with leaks in the slide out 3 or 4 times and the bedroom once, radio bar, kitchen hood extractor, the motor that raises and lowers the tongue, trim out... Outside Wall on the slide out started getting warped. Bathroom faucet issue. That’s just a few issues on this brand new 2021 Wildwood. But I do have to give the service manager David kudos, he made sure sure that almost everything got taking care off. An I appreciate that, because the guy that was helping me from the beginning since I bought it, needed customer service skills😢. He kept telling me something about my truck that he didn’t even have the slightest idea about, he should have researched before talking. But David made up for his attitude plus a lot more, and I’m very thankful🤙🏼 On A Quick Note To MGMT; Train your sales personnel to call customers after they have purchased their campers, rv’s, etc…. I didn’t even get a single call from the salesman that I had, to check up on me. That’s poor customer service on their part😥 We do spend a lot of money on these toys, that’s the least they can do, to show appreciation that we have picked your dealer to buy are unit. TO FINALIZE THIS, these campers and rv’s ARE NOT WORTH THE MONEY THAT WE PAY. THESE COMPANIES USE THE CHEAPEST MATERIALS TO BUILT THESE UNITS. Mine was brand new and look at all the issues. I RECOMMEND BUYING FROM INDIVIDUALS WERE YOU CAN REALLY SAVE A LOT OF MONEY FOR CAMPERS AND RV’s.
