Lots for RVs, plus beautiful small homes for sale and rent. Lits of amenities for the 55 and over crowd including an amazing 9 hole golf course, a beautiful pool, pickleball, bocce, rec room, library, even laundry facilities. A great place for Snowbirds but also plenty of people live here full time. The people are the true difference maker though - buy or rent here and you will very quickly feel a... Nicely maintained. Very friendly, stable over 55 community. Golf course. Clubhouse. pool. RV coaches mostly parked next to little houses. Own your own lot. Reasonable HOA fees . Close to the space center. Spectacular launch views

Nice 55+ community. Clean n well maintained landscaping and grounds. Some lots can be rented. Love the different houses and colors on property. Everyone we met was lovely. We didn’t use the golf course but it looks nice too. Return? Yes

We came here looking at rv lots for sale and spoke with Phyllis and Leslie. They took us on a tour and really enjoyed the care and attention they gave us. We really loved everything and especially the location so we placed a bid on a lot.
