This review is in response to a previous review someone made. While everyone is entitled to their opinion and your speech is free, I have a much different perspective. If you are referring to the “lady in the orange Jeep” and conveying a negative impression of her, you obviously don’t know her. The lady I know here with an orange Jeep is one of the kindest and sweetest people you will ever meet. A... This review is in response to a previous review someone made. The lady I know here with an orange Jeep is one of the kindest and sweetest people you will ever meet. As far as the comment about my neighbors from ‘the north’ being ‘clicky’… maybe they aren’t ‘clicky’ and are simply just nice folks who share something in common that unites them. :o)

It is super quaint and really nice, Everyone here is awesome and super friendly and always wave and even though it doesn't have much for kids to do and not very many children here, my kids love it and everyone that meets my kids absolutely loves them and are super nice. Most all residents here let my kids (daughter) pet their dogs after asking politely of coarse (if the dogs are okay with children... It is super quaint and really nice, Everyone here is awesome and super friendly and always wave and even though it doesn't have much for kids to do and not very many children here, my kids love it and everyone that meets my kids absolutely loves them and are super nice. Most all residents here let my kids (daughter) pet their dogs after asking politely of coarse (if the dogs are okay with children of coarse). Place is well kept, roads are impeccable and the RV lots are well maintained. Friendly people all inclusive. Nice laundry and clubhouse with a pool. Lots are for sale and rent

Some owners seem competitive and desperate to rent thinking they have the "best" lot in the park...strange dynamics. Park amenities are very dated. It was quiet in the summer months.
