My husband and I have been living here for over a year and we've gotten just what we've asked for and what were promised. It's quiet except for the trains, but if you do your diligence and drive through the park first, you would see this. I grew up near the tracks, so it immediately it felt like home. Lol. It's quiet except for the trains, but if you do your diligence and drive through the park first, you would see this. I grew up near the tracks, so it immediately it felt like home. Lol. The neighbors are friendly and Jamie has always been helpful and accommodating. The beach and town are right there, walking distance. We're very happy here. If we decide to move, it definitely will not be because we're not satisfied. Improvements are always being done around the park. I think what I love the most is that nobody bothers you. Everyone is so nice or they keep to themselves. I wish the park much success! Very nice and quiet community.

Jensen Beach RV Park has been wonderful to stay at. We had a great spot up in the front of the park with plenty of room for our rv and 2 vehicles. Any issues we had were resolved very quickly and Rick and Jamie are both really helpful. Being right across the street from the water is amazing and there are 3 nice restaurants within walking distance. Jensen Beach is the cutest little town to stay in!... More rustic camping than a resort , some lots have concrete patio. Verizon cell works up front. No wifi. More permanent campers than short term. 1 bathroom / shower house / laundry. Could use some updating. RxR tracks can be noisy. Lot rental prices have went UP. 900 month. I guess what you see on the website is not relative to what they are doing/ rates charged. Shower house works, faucets leak and spray hot water! Should have been fixed long time ago. Cheap place to stay close to the beach during "the season" Edit: after staying here awhile, it's amazing the incompetence of the managers, they will go out of their way to put campers in a spot not suited to their needs, too small or not having 50 amp service. Did put in newer washer machines, the locals keep them full The "hired help" will not own up if they damage something The office lady Judy is just plum hateful! After the first monthly rent does not pay electric! Seems their is no set rate, everyone is different Just remember it's all about location! Only reason you want to stay at this property
