This was our 5th time staying at this KOA and my kids felt they didn't enjoy this stay as they had the years before. My children have always requested this KOA for their Spring vacation every year which is so unfortunate that they felt this way. Pool toys are no longer allowed in the pool but the rule board states nothing of the such. The elderly and snow birds are allowed to have the largest float loungers and beverages in the pool but kids can't play with toys. My kids and myself were literally the only ones in the entire pool area and a gentleman came out and said they couldn't play catch with a 3 inch mesh sponge pool ball/toy and that there not allowed in the pool. We read the pool rules and nothing states no pool toys allowed or no playing catch allowed in the pool. Also while talking family walks around the camp after dark some of the staff would shine extremely bright lights on us like your being checked on over and over. The lights were so bright and literally blinding that they shined on you that I had to keep covering my eyes. I'm all for keeping the grounds safe but that felt a little extreme with nothing warranting it. So unfortunate that this facility has shifted its priorities away from being kid/family friendly and seem to now cater to the snow birds/elders.

A bit crowded and not alot of room at the campsites but not surprising given the location. Super friendly staff, access to a hot tub. **edit** almost forgot to mention Ninos food truck that was there. Food was amazing thanks for having Nino there!

The campground is nicely maintained. It’s difficult to access from area city streets if in a large motorhome which require a wide turning radius. The main reason for my poor review is the extreme rudeness of the woman at the office on checkout. It’s not what she told me when I asked for an extra hour for checkout to avoid severe weather. It’s the way she told me. She couldn’t have acted more bothered and inconvenienced while basically telling me to get the hell out on time. That sealed the deal for me never returning to this campground on my frequent trips from our home in Orlando.

Nice store/ check in. Our cabin was ready at check in. Clean, cooled down. Fridge was cold. The park and amenities are well worth the price.
