We live in East TN and travel to Florida using I-75. We are in a 37' Class A and we flat tow a car behind the rig. This is the perfect stopover point for us. Super easy in and out. Pull throughs are long enough to accommodate any set-up. No muss, no fuss. Very well lit and secure. Website is easy to navigate and it's easy to locate your slip. The sites are all concrete and so flat that we never even use our jacks or leveling system, it just isn't necessary for an overnight stay. We use this spot almost every trip on our way down and on our way back too. Highly recommended.

Easy to book online, everything was sent over including the gate code to get in. Would highly suggest staying at this location and wish there was a lot more of these on our way home to Canada to stop at.

The sites are great for an overnight stay - secured in a code operated gated area, they have large, easily accessibl, long pull-thru concrete pads with well maintained grass strips between them. Utilities are in good condition, with 20, 30, and 50 amp connections, good water pressure, and sewage hookups in a clean gravel area along the parking pad. Utilities are in good condition, with 20, 30, and 50 amp connections, good water pressure, and sewage hookups in a clean gravel area along the parking pad. The "campground" is near several restaurants and less than a mile from a Walmart, and is less than a mile drive off I-75. Downsides - 1. The aforementioned distance from I-75, while around a half-mile by road, it is less than that in a straight line, and road noise is always present, although not overwhelming. 2. No restroom facilities. Not a huge deal with full hookups, but for just an overnight you might want the hassel of dumping your tanks. 3. A LOT of lighting. Great for security, but zip up tight if you need it dark to sleep. 4. Price - The price is that of a luxury RV resort in this part of the country.

It was a perfect stop for just the night!! In spite of being located in a heavily traveled retail area, it was very quiet and we enjoyed a good night of rest. Loved that we were secure behind a gated entry. The free WiFi was great, and I appreciated the AAA discount! Definitely would recommend this stopover!

Traveling in a motorhome from Michigan to Florida, we wanted a safe place to stop for the night. We wanted full hookups so we could de-winterize our water system so we had water while traveling. Electricity was a must so we could cook and relax with news on the TV. Tifton Overnight RV stop was perfect for this. A gated RV stop with full hookups at a reasonable price. A great place to get off... Traveling in a motorhome from Michigan to Florida, we wanted a safe place to stop for the night. We found this place by accident, and have used it for 2 years now while traveling to Florida. We have told everyone we know who is traveling in this area to use this place, and some have told us how much they liked it. It is a great concept, You Gotta Try This Place !!!!!
