Beware though, every time I have ever camped here, someone was in my spot when I arrived. Lots of people arent aware or dont care that the sites are reserved even though there are signs saying so. So just be ready to politely ask someone to get out of your site, especially if you get there later in the day.

This quaint campground is one of our favorites. No electricity available. Restrooms are pit toilets. One drinking water source from a hand pump. But the cold water stream running through the midst of these ten campsites is the Appalachians at its best. Just ten campsites, probably best designed for tent camping. There's a video on youtube showing each campsite. Reservations are required in... This quaint campground is one of our favorites. No electricity available. Restrooms are pit toilets. Booked a last minute stay at site 6 and it was absolutely perfect for our group. We fit 2 cars and 2 small tents here and could've squeezed a 3rd tent in if needed. This site's tucked away in the back of the campground next to the trailhead, so the stream running through the site drowned out most of the road noise. The site was also relatively empty during our stay, so it felt nice and secluded 🥰... Booked a last minute stay at site 6 and it was absolutely perfect for our group. Definitely will camp here again! ** Just be on the lookout for poison ivy and ticks if you stay here though, my dog came home with 2 on him. But of course, this can happen almost anywhere, just be on the lookout!

Perfect spot, no phone service, almost quiet, near the road, but still good and relaxing 😎
