They’ve got you covered with a clean, well-equipped laundry facility using commercial machines. While you wait, there’s even a library for those who love to curl up with a good book. And the community store? It’s one of those “thank goodness they thought of that” places stocked with essentials you may have forgotten, plus a few extras that make life easier and sweeter while camping. Jenny’s Creek isn’t about flashy amenities or the typical campground checklist. It’s about connection to nature, to people, and to that part of yourself that remembers how simple joy feels. This is a nice place to stay at and staff is friendly. My only complaint is that we had paid for 11 nights at the site, $600. On the second day of our stay we were notified of a family emergency so we had to go back home. The owner declined to do a refund for the remaining days. We were told there is a 30 day policy and yes, I did see that but we thought that maybe she could help. Rules can be bro... This is a nice place to stay at and staff is friendly. Sometimes you cannot control what happens to your love ones and we were hoping the owner was a bit more understandable. We are upset about this resolution from the business! We won’t be coming back here! We hope the $290 helps the business grow! Lesson learned! Be careful if you pay several days in advance and have to cancel! We are not interested in the credit provided! My husband travels for work and the job there is completed! If you are interested in making this right you can send reimbursement to the address provided at the time of check in or you can call us to get the address. My husband called you a few times to speak to you and your staff member would reply back, you never responded back!
