If you’re looking for a truly family-oriented campground tucked gently into the belly of the North Georgia Mountains, Jenny’s Creek Campground is a place that feels more like coming home than checking in. From the moment you arrive, you’re met with genuine kindness and a welcoming spirit that makes you feel less like a guest and more like extended family. There’s a warmth here that’s hard to describe~you FEEL it right away. For kids, this place is pure magic. They can pet the goats, visit the rabbits, feed the ducks by the pond, and explore nature in a way that invites curiosity and joy. There’s a fantastic playground with equipment kids actually want to play on, plus a game room packed with fun: games, snacks, and plenty of reasons for laughter. And adults, you’re not forgotten. Not even a little. Community gatherings bring everyone together (yes, football games on an outdoor TVs), and the atmosphere gently reminds you it’s okay, actually encouraged, to reconnect with your inner child. Step into the game room, brush up on your pool skills, play some air hockey, or try the oversized checkers game (the pieces are the size of coffee coasters: no glasses required, lol). Now let’s talk about the bathhouse, because it deserves its own moment. It’s spotless, thoughtfully maintained, and honestly a winter camper’s dream. Long, hot showers with heated lights overhead make it cozy and comforting, even on the coldest days. Need to catch up on laundry? They’ve got you covered with a clean, well-equipped laundry facility using commercial machines. While you wait, there’s even a library for those who love to curl up with a good book. And the community store? It’s one of those “thank goodness they thought of that” places stocked with essentials you may have forgotten, plus a few extras that make life easier and sweeter while camping. Jenny’s Creek isn’t about flashy amenities or the typical campground checklist. It’s about connection to nature, to people, and to that part of yourself that remembers how simple joy feels. With flowing creek water, peaceful ponds, friendly animals, and space for every kind of camper, RVers, tent campers, and those who prefer a more primitive experience, there truly is room for everyone here. Whether you’re winter camping or visiting during warmer seasons, this place holds a kind of quiet magic that stays with you. Come as you are. You won’t be disappointed!

I had a wonderful time at this campground. I was warmly greeted by the staff and owner. The facilities are very nice, the bathhouse is large and tidy as is the laundry room. The office and shop are nicely decorated, well stocked and very reasonably priced. It is a good family environment. It is clear the owner takes pride in the appearance and atmosphere at the camp. Highly recommend!

We have camped all over North GA and TN, Jenny’s is our number one and most favourite campground ⛺️ to visit. There is something to do for all ages without even leaving the grounds! Disconnect, sit by the creek, fish, pet the animals, enjoy the free arcade or the playground. Laundry room and newly renovated bathhouse are a very nice!

This is a nice place to stay at and staff is friendly. My only complaint is that we had paid for 11 nights at the site, $600. On the second day of our stay we were notified of a family emergency so we had to go back home. The owner declined to do a refund for the remaining days. We were told there is a 30 day policy and yes, I did see that but we thought that maybe she could help. Rules can be bro... This is a nice place to stay at and staff is friendly. Rules can be broken at times but we got a direct NO. We were charge $310 for 3 days and the remaining $290 was kept by the business. Sometimes you cannot control what happens to your love ones and we were hoping the owner was a bit more understandable. We are upset about this resolution from the business! We won’t be coming back here! We hope the $290 helps the business grow! Lesson learned! Be careful if you pay several days in advance and have to cancel! We are not interested in the credit provided! My husband travels for work and the job there is completed! If you are interested in making this right you can send reimbursement to the address provided at the time of check in or you can call us to get the address. My husband called you a few times to speak to you and your staff member would reply back, you never responded back!

This campground used to be nice until the new owners took over. They have no idea on how to run a campground and it is going downhill quick, fast and in a hurry. They have unlicensed electricians working on the power pedestals on the campsites which nearly cost me my life. The low voltage completely fried my refrigerator and short circuited my heated water hose and nearly burnt my camper down. Sho... This campground used to be nice until the new owners took over.
