We stayed long term at Sandy Beach for about 6 months. We chose the location because it felt secluded and safe at the same time. Gate entry, manager on site, dock, boat ramp what more could you ask for as a lake lover. Shelly the manager was always busy and always kind. I loved the peace and quiet mixed with some fun on the weekends. It was nice to watch all the families enjoying themselves. Would have never left if duty back at the home place didn’t call!! Its first on my list anytime we stay at Lake Brownwood!! Left a few photos of the fun we had!!

My wife and I spent Spring Break here at @SandyBeachRv, and we fell in love instantly. Ms. Shelly, the parks host, was so generous when it came to providing a burn barrel for a fire, and of course, my dog did enjoy the treats she passed along. Ms. Shelly met us at the gate and showed us to our location. Our location had the water near by and listening to the ducks and birds on the water was great.... Ms. Shelly met us at the gate and showed us to our location. Our location had the water near by and listening to the ducks and birds on the water was great. The park was very well kept and had dumpsters at a good walking distance. During our stay, we were blessed with high winds, which had small tree branches fall throughout the park. Ms. Shelly drove around the park, picking up these branches, and while she kept up with the property, she would stop by and check in with us. Great host. The entire park was peaceful, and clean. There were children around playing having a great time and were not disruptive. My wife and I needed a quiet place to recharge, and Sandy Beach RV accommodated our needs. We'll be back Ms. Shelly, thank you for being a great host, we truly enjoyed ourselves.

We spent our Spring Break at the Sandy Beach RV Park and had a great time. Management was very accommodating and nice, we had a great lake view spot, and the park was clean and quiet. It’s a beautiful spot on the lake. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely love it here!!! We have been here since May and have gotten to enjoy watching the lake rise. Management is awesome, they keep it clean, mowed, and all around well taken care of. It’s nice and quiet throughout the week. The weekends may pick up but it’s never to excessive, plus who doesn’t like to watch the fun.

As a full time RV family with 4 and 5 year old children, I cannot say enough good things about Sandy Beach RV park itself AND Gordon, the new owner. He went above and beyond what I would have ever expected from him, and I was in awe of the communication and customer service! Now, the park itself is literally like an oasis! It's definitely the nicest place you'll find in the area, and totally worth... It's definitely the nicest place you'll find in the area, and totally worth the 25 mile drive into town. When you get out there it's quiet, peaceful, and SAFE. For the first time in my kid's lives I felt like the could run freely and be kids. We would live and stay at this park if we could, unfortunately work called us to move but we will be sure to visit Sandy Beach RV park any chance we get. I 10/10 recommend.. everything about the park is perfection!!
