This place is affordable with full hookups. Two of the three spots were gravel and one had concrete with a patio. All three spots had picnic tables. Two other spots appeared to be long term rentals. Two other spots appeared to be long term rentals. One of the long term spots is the "grounds keeper" and he said hello when we arrived (shirtless and smoking) but was friendly. All spots were level, which was very nice. The power outlet pillars had a lot of spiders and spider webs but did work. This location had lots of bugs in the evening so I recommend bug spray for sure. The area is in a small valley with trees surrounding the campground, which in our case was nice because it was very hot outside and the trees had great shade over our trailers and made the AC work a little less hard. There was not real nature trail to speak of. The waterfront across the street was good for swimming. On our first day there was a bunch of water bottles, towels, and what not laying around the cabana. I asked the RV owner if we were able to use the cabana and they had it cleaned up the following day. The water is calm and moves very slowly in the area. There is a port o potty at the waterfront, which was very convenient. Overall, this place is good. It was about a 35min drive to Silverwood theme park.

Our experience with Cottonwood Cove RV park was one of chance. We had originally booked our stay at another campsite that was not in the best of conditions. We had originally booked our stay at another campsite that was not in the best of conditions. Upon our arrival to Cottonwood Cove RV park we found out that this small but well maintained RV park was all to our selves. The sites themselves are large, clean, and were easily accessed by our fifth wheel. There was one site that was currently paved in and per the owners website the goal for the coming years was to pave the next two sites and open up the fourth and fifth site for campers. Across the street from the RV park was private beach access that was full of toys and life vests for kids, lounge chairs, and an amazing view of the river. This was definitely the highlight of our stay, which we extended for an additional day, to be able to relax on the beach without any distractions or commotion of a busy beach. This location has absolutely become a new destination for our family and we cannot keep it to ourselves. This is such an amazing area to visit.

The Stay here was wonderful! The owners were very accommodating! There was a slight double booking that happened with the site because glitches just happen, and they were very wonderful as to make it right! I couldn’t have asked for better hosts and a better river spot! The kids and family had hours and hours of fun ☺️

Great location if you know someone with a lake place, or you just need a home base to travel from. There is access to a small, private beach, which is a tremendous perk. No on-site restrooms or other services.

This was such a cool place to stay. We loved our Site 1. And the owner Shaun was awesome and very accommodating. It was fun to be nestled in the woods and so peaceful and quiet. Priest River City was very close and has very friendly folks there. If we get the opportunity we would definitely come back here again.
