We stayed in a cabin on the bank of Kennedy Creek, which provided the soothing sound of nature and a perfect ambiance to relax after a tiring day. While free Wi-Fi is available, reception is limited to the social area, where you can hang out with the resident cats and dogs. Both AT&T and Verizon (can't say anything about T-mobile) have poor reception in this area, with sporadic service for calls and data in certain spots at different times. The cabins are comfortable, with clean beds, comforters, and a small electric heater for colder weather. The shared bathrooms and shower rooms are located next to the social area and have hot and cold running water. My only wish is that the prices were a little more affordable, but given the property’s remote location, it's a minor point. Overall, it’s a peaceful, cozy place to stay and make memories with friends and family.

Stayed here about a month ago with my girlfriend as part of a cross country road trip. The lady we dealt with was absolutely amazing! She upgraded our spot to one by the creek as it was quiet. They had spots for fires, on site toilets and overall was an amazing stayed with so little light pollution you could see the milky way! We intend to comeback again as the place we perfect for those visiting... Stayed here about a month ago with my girlfriend as part of a cross country road trip. We stayed comfortably in a campsite as a 6 person family. The river next to us was a wonderful white noise. The owner was so kind and very helpful. She made some tea for me as we chatted in the check in spot, telling me about the history of the place and her wandering cats. The 2 indoor bathrooms were simple and clean, and there was a spiget for drinking water. Would recommend as a quick stay for... We stayed comfortably in a campsite as a 6 person family. The accommodations were basic (as expected) but comfortable, the beds were comfy which is important, facilities seemed to be good, hot, clean shower which was really nice after a day of travel. Four stars for that, and it being in a very convenient location. Unfortunately, the service was horrible, which wrecked the entire experience. I don't know if it was someone else who was covering that day... Four stars for that, and it being in a very convenient location. Unfortunately, the service was horrible, which wrecked the entire experience. I don't know if it was someone else who was covering that day, that may explain why the other reviews here are either amazing or terrible, but I've never had a more rude, and downright petty staff person in all my travels. I've never before given a bad review to a place I've stayed, but this time it was warranted. Will not be returning, which is too bad, since we really liked the place. ETA: From the blunt response to my comment, which contained no words of concern, nothing about being sorry for our very terrible experience, and instead demanded to know when we were there and who we were talking about, it seems they are only interested in blaming, not rectifying, even for future visitors. Which is in-line with the other responses to negative reviews in the past. Amending my review from 2* to 1*.

Lovely campground! Clean bathrooms and it was amazing sleeping next to the river. The folks running the campground were very kind (as were the campground cats). We enjoyed camping here and would recommend!
