We stayed at Horse Creek Campground and overall had a good experience. The views from the campground are absolutely beautiful and it’s a great place to stay if you’re looking for a scenic, peaceful spot. One thing to note is that the bathrooms and showers are very limited—there are only porta potties available. Aside from that, it was a really nice place to camp and the views alone made it worth... So many beautiful views even at nighttime, you could see so many stars in the sky. It’s off the highway so don’t expect it to be quiet.

100% a 5-star rating. One of the most scenic places I've ever camped. Watching a sunset here is a spiritual experience.

We had such a great time!! Working toilets and showers. They keep the grounds really nice and clean. Sites are not very level. I wish they would upgrade and offer full hook ups. Some sites have water sprouts and some do not. There's dumpsters placed in various spots and extra porter potties too. The amphitheater needs new benches and some love but there is a trail you can walk up above the amphith... We had such a great time!! Working toilets and showers. Very easy trail/hike. Its a beautiful campground just needs some upgrades but for the price it's very well worth it. We'll definitely be back!

Water was out, restrooms and showers are often an issue so go with that in mind. I really wish they wouldn’t require a 1 day in advance reservation. Would make it nicer for locals to book same day.
