We loved it here at the Middlefork Campground! It was so nice having all the grassy area and being right on the river. The location was great, being steps away from downtown Crouch. We spent some $ at a gift/antique shop called the Merc which was right next door. Ordered takeout one night at Longhorn which was tasty and we also ate at Tante Emma's, a cute little German restaurant with homemade spe... We loved it here at the Middlefork Campground! It was so nice having all the grassy area and being right on the river. The location was great, being steps away from downtown Crouch. Ordered takeout one night at Longhorn which was tasty and we also ate at Tante Emma's, a cute little German restaurant with homemade specialties. Definitely will come back. I did get a few mosquito bites but that's to be expected when you're so close to the water.

We just had an amazing weekend staying at the middle fork campground! Full hook-ups and beautiful views. The campground is across the river from a little park with a small play ground and basketball court. Also a short walking path great for the family. Also is located in the heart of town so easy walking to all the stores.

We were not happy with this campground. People mention hosts? Who are they? There’s no one here. We had to pay 2 nights even though we only needed one, and there is no one else staying here. Very small spots for RVs, difficult to maneuver, and view of trash. All back in spaces with difficult to access hookups. ATV came in middle of night idling in front of our rig. Very creepy. This is by far our favorite campground! It's right off the river and our kids had a blast! We loved that it's tucked away in a corner of the small town of Crouch and within walking distance to coffee, food, groceries and so much more! It's clean and the owners truly care about taking care of their sites. We can't wait to go back!

Camp host's are very friendly and accommodating. I definitely plan on coming back. Sorry I forgot to sweep the patio on my departure.
