Very nice Montana backroads area. Beautiful but the road is rough so take it easy on the way up the hill. 4x4 recommend

In the summer this is a great place to bring ATVs, go camping, shooting, rock climbing, and cave exploring. In the winter it’s a good hunting spot. 4x4 is needed to access this area, and some roads here are impassible with tall vehicles or vehicles with trailers.

Abandoned mining camp, with some remains of cabin foundations. Dispersed BLM camping means no trace. Pack out everything and bury the rest. Stick to established trails and roads please. Free camping up to 14 days.
