First stay at the sleepy bear. We were able to check in our RV early and host was most hospitable. This is a small, yet quaint little spot, no frills, but adequate. The price was low, which was appreciated. The camp ground is located along a fairly busy hiway, due to some recent road closures in the region, so it probably is usually more quiet since it is mostly rural. Honestly, we would proba... Great place to stay in Idaho! We LOVED the quiet park and the hosts were so kind. A great restaurant down the road and square ice cream at the corner store. The local lakes are AWESOME and a great place to travel into Yellowstone. The mountain views were great and the kids loved feeding the neughborhood horses and playing at the small park! Will definitely be back!

Not a large campground but cozy. No extra charge for showers like other campgrounds nearby. Very reasonable rates with full hookups. Super nice people that own the campground. They are still improving things. Unfortunately they don't have laundry yet till they rebuild the bath house. Nice shower facility. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone coming to the area. Close to Palisad... Not a large campground but cozy. No extra charge for showers like other campgrounds nearby. My husband & I spent over a month here. It is a small but wonderful park. So many trails and activities close by. Even though it's by a busy road, the traffic slows down significantly around 8pm. It becomes very quiet. Laundry services are about 30 minutes away. We would love to come back.
